TYPE OF MACHINE: The ML 652 is a machine with a versatile modular structure for the filling of liquids. The unit is suitable for the treatment of various types of products and is designed to handle a wide range of containers and closures.

The ML 652 monobloc is an automatic machine capable of performing three operations simultaneously: a volumetric filling with syringes and two closing stations. The second closing station applies a dosing cap or a collar depending on the setting. The unit is complete with 3 UNSCRAMBLER FEEDERS for screw caps, collars, and dosers. Along with the machine, two sets of syringes are provided: one already on the machine with a product dosage from 100 ml to 200 ml, the other from 0-100 ml. The maximum dosage is 300 ml. Furthermore, 3 formats for handling bottles are available with the machine: bottle diameter 34 mm, 46 mm, 66 mm. Currently installed format: dosage 160 ml, bottle height 129 mm, speed 90 pieces/min. dosage 200 ml, bottle height 148 mm, speed 50 pieces/min.
