LIQUID FILLER AND CAPPER - Comas - RFC-8

TYPE OF MACHINE: The RFC-8 is a high-speed automatic filling and capping machine designed to perform inline dosing, filling, and capping operations for cylindrical plastic bottles.

FEATURES: Monobloc machine with continuous movement made of STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304 for filling and capping bottles complete with cap elevator and circular cap vibrator. The format change occurs through adjustment and replacement of some parts of the machine and is a simple operation. Capping is performed with aluminum caps. The machine fills with 12 syringes having a capacity of 25 ml each and made of STAINLESS STEEL and Teflon. The syringes are fully adjustable in dosing and are connected to needles via special tubes to provide the dosed product. The cap insertion group is equipped with a series of gripping pincers that grab the caps by suction. Rotating, the group brings the cap to the bottle, where it is inserted and released. The capping group consists of 8 roller-type closing heads. The cap is pressed onto the bottle and then threaded and secured by crimping. All the most important operational functions are continuously monitored through a series of sensors.
