LIQUID FILLER AND CAPPER - COMAS - RFC8C

TYPE OF MACHINE: The RFC8C is a high-speed automatic filling and capping machine designed to perform inline operations of dosing, filling, and capping of cylindrical plastic bottles.

FEATURES: Monobloc machine with continuous movement made of stainless steel for filling and capping bottles. The machine is equipped with a bottle unscrambler feeder OZAF Mod. RO 1000. The format change occurs through adjustment and replacement of some parts of the machine and is a simple operation. The machine performs filling with 8 syringes and can dose liquid or thick products. The syringes are fully adjustable in dosing and are connected to needles via special tubes to deliver the dosed product. The cap insertion group is equipped with a series of gripping clamps that catch the plastic caps, aspirating them. By rotating, the group brings the cap to the bottle, where it is inserted and released. The capping group consists of 8 closing heads. All the most important operational functions are continuously monitored through a series of sensors. The following functions are adjustable in speed: filling, capping, cap vibrator, exit belt, roller. The filler is complete with a format for 10 ml plastic bottles.
