The F87 monobloc is an automatic machine with intermittent motion capable of performing three operations simultaneously: one volumetric filling and two closures. It can handle aqueous, alcoholic, sugary, foamy, and viscous products. The operating groups and their supports are made of STAINLESS STEEL. The volumetric filling group is placed on the machine plane and the syringes act vertically. This solution avoids stresses that are often the cause of breakages, reduces wear, and facilitates the adjustment and cleaning of the filling units. Complete with 2 UNSCRAMBLER FEEDERS - constructed from STAINLESS STEEL consisting of a base with adjustable feet and a truncated conical container inside which a plateau in plastic material at an oblique axis is placed, which is kept in rotation by an electric motor. The unit is equipped with one filling head and two closure heads.
