Automatic multi-head dosing monoblock, designed to be robust and reliable that allows to automate the packaging of food, cosmetic, and chemical products.

Thanks to their automation, these dosing solutions minimize manual intervention, allowing to increase the efficiency and productivity of the production line.

They can be applied for dosing a multitude of liquid or semi-liquid products, even with high viscosity.

Thanks to the movement controlled by servo motor, they guarantee extreme precision and repeatability in dosing, even on multiple heads simultaneously for greater productivity and product control.

Finally, they are designed with the possibility of including other components useful to complete the product packaging cycle such as:

• linear or rotary capping group
• thermo-sealing group
• induction system
• labeler with one or more heads
• weight selectors
• automatic systems for the detection of metal bodies (metal detector)
