• Volumetric Doser: composed of rotary pump in STAINLESS STEEL AISI 316 motorized with electric motor, control and dosage adjustment via inverter and electronic pulse counter settable from keyboard, suitable for food, can be sanitized hot; drip-saving nozzle with two-way valve synchronized to the dosage;
• Distributor: with silent magnetic orienter for metal capsules;
• Adjustable descent channel: for different formats, capsule release on the fly, device for checking presence of capsules in the channel, buzzer for signaling lack of capsules;
• Pneumatic rotary screwdriver: with adjustment of closing effort via pressure regulator with manometer.
• Heater - sterilizer: capsule with hot air in pre-closing position, at controllable temperature.

The operations take place on a star with jar loading from the chain.

Programmable controller for setting work parameters (start-stop, automatic/manual/washing cycle, exact dose, filling speed with increasing/decreasing ramps, cycle time star-dosage-star start...)

Base made entirely of electrowelded STAINLESS STEEL.

Surrounding channel on the work surface for collection of any spilled product.

Compliant with CE regulations. Machine to be inserted in line.

Equipped for one format of cylindrical jar and one format of T.Off capsule.
