Automatic Palletizer - PLT 900

MACHINE TYPE:

The PLT 900 model is an automatic palletizer that handles the palletization of bottle packages onto pallets coming from a pallet warehouse. Palletization can occur up to a maximum of 11 layers.

FEATURES:

The machine has been designed and built to operate automatically, leaving the operator with only the tasks of monitoring during the operational cycle and loading the pallet warehouse inside the designated warehouse using a forklift. The pallet warehouse can hold up to 15 pallets of two different sizes (800 x 1200 and 1000 x 1200). The transfer of pallets from the warehouse to the palletizing unit occurs via a dedicated chain conveyor, while the exit from the unit after palletization is done through a dedicated roller conveyor. The machine is also equipped with an interlayer storage and a transport unit for incoming bottle packages. The production process is therefore represented by 5 phases: loading of pallets and interlayers into their respective warehouses, transferring pallets from the warehouse to the palletizing unit, arrival of packages at the transport unit, palletization, and pallet exit. The control panel is integrated into the electrical panel on board the machine, simple and intuitive, consisting of a control PLC, a cycle start button, a machine stop button, and a red emergency mushroom button.
