FEATURES:

The ZP1 machine is designed to position various types of products on a pallet, such as boxes, packages, and compacted bundles. All axis movements are controlled by CNC, ensuring precision in the final positioning. It is also suitable for handling glued and stacked cardboard boxes. The automatic system creates the pallet configuration format and automatically manages all palletizing functions. During the pallet change, a full pallet is pushed out and an empty pallet enters the stacking area, while the products are accumulated on the feeding belt. At the end of the change, the products are released. The device also includes weight control and the rejection of non-compliant products.
