Machine Type: The wrappers allow for the packaging of any type of palletized material by wrapping it with stretch film. This type of packaging is the most economical and functional solution for any storage and transportation issues of palletized products.

FEATURES:

Features: The palletized load is placed on the rotating platform, the film is secured to the pallet, and the wrapper is started. The machine proceeds with several rotations of the platform (low speed), wrapping the pallet and the base of the load, which is thus securely anchored to the pallet. This is followed by the upward cycle in which the film dispenser, moving up, spirally wraps the load with the stretch film up to the top. Several rotations are then made at the top of the package (high speed) to compact the load; this is followed by the downward cycle during which the load is further wrapped. Once the film dispenser reaches the ground, in the starting position, the cycle is completed and the wrapping machine stops automatically. The result is a load elastically and securely anchored to its pallet, perfectly compacted and protected from external agents. If necessary, a simple polyethylene sheet placed over the top of the pallet makes the packaging completely waterproof.
