FEATURES:

Orbiter is a wrap-around machine with a rotating table designed for wrapping and stabilizing palletizable products using stretch film. The wrapping operations controlled by a PLC occur through the combined action of the table and the translation of the reel holder cart on the fixed column. The machine is equipped with a gripping, cutting, and sealing device for the final flap, operated electro-pneumatically. The sealing group, acting on the fully retractable counter bar, never comes into contact with the palletized product. Operator terminal, touch screen, from which all manual operations can be performed and all parameters for the various wrapping cycles can be set. The machine is positioned at the end of a palletizing line, and the entry and exit of palletized loads occur through movements upstream and downstream of the wrapper itself. As it is an automatic machine, the presence of an operator is only necessary for the reel change operation and for a visual check of the correct wrapping of the load.
