The MANES Forced Loader Model HDS 90/2 is an automatic feeding system specifically designed for the management and controlled introduction of powders into tablet presses. Made of stainless steel, it is ideal for environments that require high hygiene standards and resistance to corrosion. The heart of the system is a vibrating unit that, through a loading hopper, conveys the material via twin screws. The dimensions of the screws ensure forced transport and precise dosing, dividing the flow towards a double product outlet. This double outlet design with twin screws is optimized to simultaneously feed the loading hopper of two tablet press stations, ensuring a continuous and balanced flow of material. The integration of end-of-stroke or product presence sensors allows for precise control of the feeding process, preventing overloads or interruptions, all within a compact and modular structure designed for easy integration and cleaning.
