The machine has been designed and built according to the precise needs of the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food sectors. The ideal use of the pneumatic conveyor 3VT22X is on tablet press machines, capsule filling machines, and mixers where it is necessary to dose small and constant quantities of product. The vacuum pump creates a depression in the hopper through the connecting flexible tube. By immersing the sampling probe (located at the end of the suction tube) into the product, it will be sucked in and deposited in the hopper. Once the suction stops, a pneumatic system opens the discharge valve and allows the product to exit by gravity. A vibration system facilitates the descent of less flowable products. An air blast in counterflow cleans the primary filter after each discharge. The cycle repeats only if the maximum level sensor gives the signal. The loading, unloading, and filter cleaning times are all adjustable via timers located in the electrical panel. The conveyor is intended to operate indoors, protected from the elements and strong temperature fluctuations. The main features are listed below: it does not mix the composite products; the loading hopper is entirely made of stainless steel; the electrical circuit is timed; the mobile casing is made of painted steel and supports the electrical panel and the vacuum pump; the suction tube is made of PVC for the connection between the vacuum pump and the hopper; the footprint and weight are minimal; easy installation and cleaning of the hopper.
