FEATURES:

The Napco Compact 3000/Str 700 is an automated machine that produces wipes starting from rolls of non-woven fabric, cutting and folding it. Small and compact, it packs all its potential into 3820 mm x 1810 mm. It essentially consists of a raw material loading station where two rolls of non-woven fabric are loaded; a tension control device that ensures constant tension of the fabric throughout the process, a moistening system with pre-impregnation function; a folding device that ensures the desired optimal fold and a cutting device that cuts the fabric to the desired length. Everything is controlled by a PLC and servo-assisted systems for controlling the entire processing process, production speed, and programming for automatic blade sharpening.
