FEATURES:

The Asso-300-Multipack is an automatic machine for the packaging of single-use hygienic products (particularly wet wipes, sanitary pads…). Versatile and easy to use, highly reliable, fully automatic, the Asso-300-Multipack represents an innovation in the packaging sector. Designed for filling products into single-layer polyethylene and polypropylene bags, its distinctive feature is the wide flexibility for format change. It can be automatically combined with any production line or used as an independent unit. The Asso-300-Multipack offers the possibility to accumulate, on a special rotating table, two or more packages of wet wipes (up to 5 pieces) and subsequently bag and package them. The input machine twist conveyor allows receiving packages from the production line and rotating them from the horizontal position to the vertical position for bagging. The machine has been built in compliance with safety standards and CE regulations. It is equipped with a PC and a Touch-Screen graphical display that allows interaction with the machine itself. The user interface is easy and quick to consult.
