FEATURES:

The MN80 is designed for the production and packaging of coffee pods (ESE - Easy Serving Espresso type) with an indicative capacity of up to approximately 80 pods/minute. It integrates the stages of grinding, dosing, pressing, forming, sealing, and packaging. The electro-pneumatic structure ensures robust and reliable operation. The pod is made of heat-sealable food filter paper, designed to withstand pressure and temperature, with a dosage of approximately 7 grams. The machine uses barrier laminated film to preserve aroma and protect against moisture and oxygen. It includes a format change cart, powder suction cart, and conveyor belt with counter and bag diverter.
