MACHINE TYPE:

Double-sided rotary tablet press, made of welded steel elements, with all parts in contact with the product made of stainless steel. The machine is equipped with 35 compression stations.

FEATURES:

Solid structure, ease of use, and ease of cleaning make the tablet press suitable for meeting the medium production capacities of companies in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical sectors. The machine complies with international safety standards. It is suitable for tablet pressing at high pressures necessary for powder pre-compressions or direct compressions of materials. It allows the installation of multiple molds and any type of shaped die and any type of shaped punch. Requires minimal maintenance and is easy to clean; the outer structure consists of steel panels and transparent polycarbonate doors for easy access for format changes and mechanical interventions. Complete with a set of punches (shaft 19 mm) and dies (diameter 30.3 mm, height 22.3 mm), for round tablets with a diameter of 15 mm. The machine has been overhauled by the company Costamac.
