TYPE OF MACHINE: Automatic strapping machine for packaging with stretch film, the F40 guarantees high production yield, reliability, accuracy of packages, ease of use. The original principle of operation and the simplicity of construction have always made it very appreciated by users. F40 adopts the most modern construction technologies. The polyethylene film is unwound from two motorized reels, with tension always constant and adjustable at will. In fact, it is not the product that unwinds the film. The setting of the controls and the characteristic data takes place with the operator interface display. The format change is simple and quick. It can work with stretchable polyethylene film for strapping. Suitable for different packaging configurations and different types of products.

FEATURES: High-quality sealing in terms of stretch resistance, as well as in terms of surface. The bundle is kept orderly during the sealing operations, and the sealing temperature is constantly controlled by temperature regulators. A sealing cooling system allows working even at very high speeds. Single boxes are fed to the machine. When the desired number of boxes is in the hopper, the package is pushed through the packaging material. The upper sealing bar lowers and the wrapper is sealed and cut. Adjustable film that extends around the package. The management of the main data (e.g., dimensions, sizes, and speed) is performed through a functional display. Speed adjustment during format change. All main movements are protected and controlled with indication on the control panel and the machine stops in emergency conditions.
