TYPE OF MACHINE: Machine for wrapping and packaging with shrink film of cylindrical, square, rectangular, and oval products in various formats.

FEATURES: The machine is equipped with a manual self-holding stop. The presence of a body under the sealing device or the overload of the introduction group causes the automatic emergency stop of the machine, this is due to the micro switch. The sealer is equipped with a Teflon protection and is spring-loaded. The main motorization includes a self-braking motor complete with an expandable pulley for speed adjustment, a reducer with a fixed diameter pulley and a friction joint, a chain for motion transmission from the reducer to the camshaft. The introduction of the bundle into the sealing area is performed by the introducing plate towed by a chain driven by a self-braking gear motor. The product coming from the filling station is oriented and grouped in front of the pickup group. Once a minimum filling level is reached, the product can advance and the presence/number of bottles is verified. The bottles are picked from the supports. The bundles are introduced into the wrapping and sealing area. Upon completion of sealing, the next bundle pushes the package onto the conveyor belt of the tunnel. The shrinkage occurs in a heated and ventilated air environment at a temperature not exceeding 200 °C. Inside the chamber, the heated film shrinks around the product, which is then cooled by means of a fan.
