The machine was maintained in production until the moment of replacement with a Zambelli model for the upgrade of the line. The disassembly from the line was carried out professionally by specialized Zambelli technicians, ensuring the integrity of the components. Multi-format management with a manual format change system, designed to be quick and simple.

The automatic wrapping machines of the LFT 50 series are designed for packaging in flap + film, tray + film or only film, with speeds of up to 50 cycles/minute. They are ideal for plastic and glass bottles, cans, and jars.
The LFT 50 series combines reliable mechanical solutions with the most advanced electronics in a robust and flexible structure. The motors and transmissions are located at the back for easy maintenance, separated from the front packaging area. This configuration ensures maximum hygiene, safety, and optimal control of wrapping operations.
The product separation system occurs through a bar system with chain transmission managed by a servomotor, optimizing the pressure on the product and reducing format change times. The cutting group uses a single rotating blade managed by a servomotor, allowing the use of extremely thin films with significant economic savings. The final shrink tunnel is designed for differentiated air flows, ensuring energy savings and optimal shrinkage even on printed films.
