FEATURES: Automatic tube filler equipped with heated funnel, hopper with agitator, and 14 filling heads with bending and welding clamps. In the processing of metal tubes, the bending tools as well as the pressing tools have the task of welding the tube. The welding of the end of the tube (in the case of double or triple bend) is carried out through the bending tools, bending the compressed end of the tube. In the additional bending station in the case of saddle bending, an additional bend is made. In the pressing and molding station, the bend is compressed and a relief molding is optionally applied.
