TYPE OF MACHINE: The CRW-1 washer has been designed to automatically wash the inside and outside of glass vials and bottles. Machine designed and built in compliance with good manufacturing practices and to meet the highest quality standards of the pharmaceutical industry. Continuous motion machine. The rigid parts in contact are made of STAINLESS STEEL. Format change is simple and quick to execute. Control panel is simple and intuitive.

FEATURES: The machine operates with two washing phases. In the first phase, a washing cycle is performed. The second cleaning phase includes 2 washing stations and two drying stations to clean and dry both internally and externally the vials. For washing the bottles, WFI virgin water will be used, which will then be filtered and reused. The machine includes a main unit with 12 supports for vials, a feeding table, and an exit table, a polycarbonate cover for the washing area, and a pump platform for the supply of WFI and compressed air. The dedicated electrical cabinet provides the necessary power supplies. Operator control is facilitated by the MMI interface located on the control panel. Connected to the rotary platform at the entrance of the washer is a loading platform. The vials must be placed by the operator on this loading platform, then the rotary feeding platform transports the bottles to the feeding belts. The vials are pushed into the vial supports and through the rotation of the main drive, all vials pass through the individual washing stations where they are washed. From the exit, the vials are transported on the entrance conveyor of the sterilization tunnel.
